Planning and executing creative projects is something I’m deeply passionate about. During the first half of my Junior year at Hofstra University, I had the opportunity to lead Unispan Records’ Creative Services department. During this time, one of our assignments was obtaining visual assets for Lydia von Hof’s new single, “On My Way There”, including album art and marketing visuals. While I wasn’t behind the camera for this project, I took on a comprehensive role that involved directing and managing several other aspects of the production. As the project’s Creative Director, I oversaw the entire process from conceptualization, planning, and design to final execution. Prior to the shoot, I developed the visual theme in close collaboration with Lydia and the creative team, ensuring that the aesthetic and narrative aligned with Lydia’s desired vision. On shoot day, I designed the set visuals and lighting, in addition to directing on-set movement and composition to achieve the intended look. I contributed to the post-production editing of photos as potential use throughout the pre and post-release campaign- examples of which are featured below. I had so much fun with this project, and I look forward to taking on similar work in the future!
